Eldera safely pairs kids with older adults for virtual story times, help with schoolwork, or just a friendly chat. Once younger and older people have been paired, Eldera brings them together over Zoom.

Elders answer advice letters via the Internet, offering readers of younger generations free, personal advice on a wide range of topics—love and relationships, family and child-rearing, career and self-improvement, and much more.” Pass the word. Spread some joy and write handwritten letters to residents of assisted living facilities and care homes. When growing demand for letters outpaced us, we started Letters Against Isolation. Brilliant and so easy to help!

How amazing. Everyone has something to give. Attention is the highest form of caring. Share it! Elder helper volunteers help seniors with, carrying groceries, running errands, giving rides, entertainment (i.e. singing, dancing, and making someone laugh!), help out with making phone calls, writing letters and reading, help with organization, cooking etc. Even a phone call can help someone feel less isolated.
